"Terrible service, went in as a walk-in on Saturday afternoon at 1 PM just for the lady to tell me to come back at 4:30 PM. So I did, I kept my word & went back at 4:30 PM & come to find out she was cutting someone hair already, she then tells me she has another appointment at 5 PM. I told her that’s fine that I’ll wait in my car, so at one point while waiting more people kept going in, eventually she ends up peaking her head outside the door to look around the parking lot, she makes eye contact & then proceed to just go back inside. So at this point, it’s 5:30 PM & I’ve been waiting since 4:30 PM when that’s the time she told me to come back at. I don’t understand why she simply couldn’t say “I’m busy today, I have no availability” instead she was very unprofessional. Making me wait around, telling me to come back & simply couldn’t just say she wasn’t able to cut my hair. As a walk-in, I understand they have appointments set for the day but don’t go making open promises & then treating me unfairly. Don’t advertise walk-in’s welcomed & on top of all that, hire more people, this shop only has two barber’s at most from what I’ve seen. Unfortunately, I’ll bad mouth this place to everyone I know & I would not recommend."

"Really great first experience!!! Anna did a fantastic job on my sons hair. We went in as a walk-in and was welcomed, she was honest and straight forward about having an appointment coming in next and would have to be done in 30 min. She listened to every detail and asked questions, even taught me a thing or two about barber lingo, as I didn’t know how to describe the cut we were looking for. She didn’t pretend to know what we wanted nor made me feel dumb for not knowing how to describe, but she asked the right questions and was able to get the cut we were looking for. Most barbers do not want to do kids haircuts, but she was welcoming and did an awesome job. We left very happy!"

This place hasn't been open a year and you would NEVER know it, they do such a fantastic job. I move quite a bit and will spend months looking for a good barber. Here I found home. They do it all, from eyebrows to close shaves. It's evident they love what they do with extremely reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everybody."
