"Cherry, Leah, David, Josh, Dave, etal from VFIS and Winstar are incredible at every level. They have always been very responsive on billing and coverage questions helping us to save money without sacrificing coverage. Our "first out" brush truck sustained fairly serious fire damage in a large brush fire last Thursday afternoon (The Bottleneck Fire). David responded to my plea for help that night and arranged for the appropriate people to take it from there on Friday morning. VFIS had our claim processed and to the adjustor before noon on Friday. It would have been even earlier but we were still fighting the fire. They arranged to have the truck towed to the factory that same day so that it would be ready for the adjustor to inspect. The adjustor is traveling 3 hours this morning to inspect the truck so that we may actually have it back in service later this week.
