"If you care about your wheels, don’t take them here. Came here with a brand new set of tires and rims with valve stems already installed. They just needed to be mounted and balanced. Before leaving, I heard a leak coming from one of them. The employee proceeded to take a sledgehammer to the tire while it was sitting on my tailgate and started pounding on it while it bounced up and down. Obviously that didn’t work, and he had to re-seat the bead. After returning home I noticed several spots on the wheels had been damaged. The place wasn’t even busy, and there was no excuse for rushing the job."

"I do not live in Cedar Park, but I'm there often for work. I drive a lot, so I need tires and random services often. Nonetheless, I stopped to ask a question about an alignment, which they do not do, but I also had an undercarriage issue. Not only did they look at my car quickly, but he was also able to fix the issue. He also provided amazing customer service, the young lady who handles the finances did as well. Oftentimes I've experienced men trying to get women to spend more or saying they need things that they don't but he didn't do that he let me lead the conversation and ask the questions I wanted to. With soo many small auto repair and tire businesses choosing one that isn't trying to get over on you and that's really helpful is great. You can also pay with your phone which is also a plus! I can certainly wait to not need an auto repair shop any time soon but the moment I do it will be Joey's 1 Stop Tire if I'm in this area."
