"Catastrophically poor service and follow-up. Extensive back and forth to try and cut premiums. Agreed on a path. They dropped the ball didn't timely make the changes, then we are told they can't honor the reduced quote because prices went up in the meantime. Lots of deflection, excuses and blame the customer. Stay away. Lots of other choices (and we will be making one)."
