"Excellent help from Steve Witt the Service Manager who went to great lengths to help me diagnose the problem of getting my car started so I could get it in. Once I got my car to their service department everything was top-‘notch- from the check in, the hospitality waiting area, the length of time for diagnosing the needed repair, to the loner car. My car was ready on time and again pickup was easy and efficient. In short- THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!"
"I feel the service is not given much attention lately. 1. The seat heater was on which produced a sound at the back (I had to figure out where the sound was coming from). 2. The BSM was off. 3. The picture below kept on appearing each time I start the engine. 4. The last time I was here, no Service Sticker was left and I had to recall/remember when I should have my next visit. I ended up visiting Sterling in Houston. 5. I don’t think the vehicle was properly washed (if it was even washed) the same smudge were present. I hope service will get better. I have no idea who serviced my vehicle."
