"Tried the Paulette Cafe in downtown Conroe for lunch today. The food was fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed the Croque Monsieur, and my friends enjoyed the Paulette Salad and Cheesesteak Crepes. Very reasonably priced for such high-quality food. Great service too. We will go back to try their “authentic French pizza” and sweet crepes!"

"What an absolute gem of a place! I was in the area for work and looking for something outside of the usual Tex-Mex, BBQ chain restaurant finds. I am so glad I stopped in here. I had the Chicken Carbonara Crepe and the Nutella Crepe. WOW! My food was flavorful and the portion size is perfect. I can’t wait to eat here again!"

"Wow!! Just wow!! Absolutely love this authentic French Cafe. The croissants and pain au chocolat are fantastic. My husband and I tried the savory crepes (French Classic and the Breakfast) and both were flavorful. Update: during Christmas time, I ordered croissants and chocolate croissants for Christmas dinner. My family absolutely loved them. I'm glad I ordered them!"
