"Went to this location this past Saturday night (8/26/23) around 8:30pm. The young man who waited on me was very sloth-like and acted inexperienced. I ordered 2 orders of 6pc wings (one buffalo and one garlic & parm) with fries, cheese sticks and drinks. My total came to almost $32.00!!!!! The wings were so tiny…they literally looked like chicharrónes!!! They were terribly hard and dry with trace amounts of sauce – totally inedible with absolutely no taste! When I asked if he could put just a little more sauce on them for me I was told NO! When it was time to pay, I asked what in the world did you charge me for??? The answer I received was “I don’t know?” At that point, I was just so irritated and tired from, the wait…I grudgingly paid and left. There was a girl working with pink hair. I don’t know if she was management (I doubt it) but she also acted clueless. This is my 2nd time at this location. The first time I ordered 2 cheese steak meals with fries and drinks and my bill was $50!!! I don’t mind paying if the service and food are worth it. But, this place will NEVER get any of my hard earned money again and I will write a bad review on this location every chance I get. I will never recommend anyone to go here. Zero customer service, poor food quality, and not worth the money you spend. I left the same review on their feedback page. I should be reimbursed for this despicable experience. Ugh!!!! I did not want to give ANY stars! That is how bad my experience was."

"Was glad to hear a Charley's opened in the area. Stopped by today and ordered a Teriyaki and a Jalapeño Cheesetake with a side of cheese fries and regular fries. Staff was friendly, wait time was not long and the food was great!"
