"We paid them $200 to make updates on our FMCSA information. This is a pretty simple form to fill out. We needed to make very minor changes, and were very clear about the changes needed. Lisa made several mistakes on the application. And I understand, we all make mistakes, it’s okay to make mistakes. However, after advising Lisa of the mistakes and politely asking for the corrections. She replied with a very bad attitude. That is not ok. That is unprofessional. After a couple emails and phone calls, I told her that if it bothered her to make the changes. Not to worry. Just gladly refund the money. She continued with an attitude. She made some corrections but still didn’t get it right.. No refund! As far as insurance goes. Not sure. We never inquired about their insurance service. I would look elsewhere…"
