"Beyond disappointed with them! We got insurance when I bought my car in october. We sent photos of the car via email and they told us that we needed to take the car for photos in person. What they forgot to mention to us is that we had a deadline, not once did they say that it was urgent that we take our car for photos. I even communicated with them because I couldn't make it on a Tuesday and I asked if it was still ok to take it a day after & the rep assured me that it was okay. Next thing we knew we had to pay our monthly quote on top of the $325 of a deposit we had just paid!!!! Not even a full month with the car all because THEY MADE A MISTAKE and of course they covered their A** and put it on us!!!! Communication is everything! We paid $325 FOR NOTHING!"

The plastic shield was made professionally, and alot of thought for person to person communications was planned out prior to my entry into the office. There was one other customer in the office prior to my arrival, and the phones at 5pm were ringing while you calmly, and patiently helped the other customer in my brief wait.
