"Went in today to pick up a light bulb for my vehicle. I didn't get greeted, and no one asked if I needed any assistance even though the store was not busy. Google which bulb I needed, picked it out, and was ready to check out before they even noticed I was in the store. This is not the type of experience that I am used to by going to this chain. Will make me rethink which store I go to next time I need auto parts."
