"This is my favorite auto parts store in the area. I have several to choose from but I always end up here. The employees are always very helpful and I am never waiting to check out. My only concern is nobody, not even the general manager, can tell me when or why they changed their name. We all agree it used to be Advanced Auto Parts, but now it seems that it has changed, supernaturally through time."

"We came in at about 7pm on Wednesday. Aiden and Caleb were fantastic. They brought the replacement battery to my car and took the bad one back into the store. So simple and easy right. Earlier that day called about the battery, told it was replaceable still under warranty and come on down. Got to the store, asked about the battery..they had no idea what I was talking about with4 plus staff. Teresa finally looked up our account. Told me I could go to another store to pick up the battery. I said no I called and your staff said to come in. They put in a transfer order. They said it would be in around 6pm. I asked will you call me to say it's in. Teresa A. Said no not with the staff today. I had to ask for a cart lug the battery in and out. So the second part of our experience was a thousand times better."
