"Decent selection but beware that if you decide on dress you will pay $54 dollars even if you never remove it from store and will not be refunded if you decide against using it without grace period even before pick up date. I secured dress at store afraid I would not find another dress but ended up buying a dress from Amazon that was only 70 days after and I own it . It would be nice to have a grace period to decide if you are wanting to use the dress not too long as it cost to hold dress but surely not 54 dollars . Staff seemed nice, dress selection was decent."

"Honesty is all that mattered here. They sold my sister a dress that was half discolored. I am pretty sure it was the tailor they recommended that ruined her dress by ironing it. Store manager said the style was ombré… On a black dress?? lady please. The audacity. Don’t come here. Save yourself your money and take your business elsewhere."

"I came to rent a dress from this company. The dress never left the facility. They charged $54 including tax to rent the dress plus another $30 deposit fee which they said they would give back after the dress was returned. I called and asked for a refund because I wouldn't be able to use it. The woman on the form informed me that all sales were final. She said that she explained this before signing although I do not recall her explaining this before signing. She was very rude and said she has worked there for 5 years and knows she told me so I would have to just lose out on the money. The most they could do was refund the deposit. The woman was extremely rude with her answers and after I said it was a shame she said there was nothing she would do for me and hung up. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Unless you absolutely know you can use the dress and are willing to spend $80+ then DO NOT purchase from here. Worst experience ever."
