"I came to this store for an insurance quote and I was greeted very nicely by Janet and Liz. I explained to them that my previous insurance company had deceived me about the price. They promised me that wouldn't happen here and I trusted them. They kindly asked for all my information and we're very thorough in explaining everything. I received a quote that was a lot less than my previous company. I really appreciate the great service here and will spread the word around."

"The worst service I've ever received. The lady locked the doors during business hours. When I looked in the window, she made a sign to me that she was on the phone. So me and my 8 months pregnant friend are just waiting out front in the blazing sun. I waited a couple minutes, looked inside again and she picked up the phone once again and signaled that she couldn't come to the door. Making your customers wait outside because you are on the phone is SHAMEFUL. You lost a customer today."
