"While most of the staff are friendly and competent, the billing person is sadly under skilled management and Aggressive. Charges she made was just out of the air and she didn't even know what she was talking about, Super over charging. Awful!!! This has created anxiety and confusion. Thankfully our Insurance Advocate has stepped in to protect me. Now I'm sitting here in Chronic pain waiting for instructions from my advocate. Note: The medical staff itself is Professional and competent."
