"We really love going to hot topic, But yesterday while we're there my boyfriend's daughter had whacked her head on one of the shirt rack things and it cutt it then my son fell back on her causing it to hit his shoulder. There isn't much room when it's packed. Just suggesting you guys put some rubber safety corners on the racks maybe? To prevent anybody else getting hurt."

"The associate Cat, has the best customer service I had ever seen. She helped me find the products I needed and actually cared about my experience as a customer in hot topic. She made me feel very welcomed! I highly recommend going to this store if you want great service!"

"The employee cat was incredibly disrespectful. I had gotten a sweater to buy and wore it before paying and took the tag off to pay. She begins to check out my brother and she then asks me to take it off to purchase it and I told her I had the tag in hand and she rolled her eyes at me and continued to check out my brother. She had an obvious attitude with my brother and sighed dramatically when asked to switch from card to cash as if it was a lot of labor to touch maybe 3 buttons and switch to cash, after he asked what’s wrong and she says “ I just don’t think it’s cool how your friend comes in here acting like it’s her house. I don’t buy stuff from your house and try it on before paying.” (Their dressing room was closed as well). She then checks me out and is acting as if she didn’t just give attitude to me AND my brother and rant about me to my brother (a customer). I am ok with her getting my attention and asking me to pay beforehand next time but her immediate disrespect to me and my brother who did nothing wrong to her was extremely rude."

"Recently shopped at hot topic (the cielo location) and HONESTLY vibe was NOT there, terrible customer service. You couldn't tell what was what. Shirts were overpiled on top of each other. Even the posts were MESSY. One of the managers was wearing earphones while working. THAT made me feel unwanted in the store, overall terrible experience. I am unsure to go back to that store to shop."
