"Hats have glued on patches that I was not aware of. When I washed my hat the patches came off. I contacted this company to see what we could do to rectify the situation and afters days of no response I recieved a text saying there is nothing they will do. I will never purchase any Catus Alley Hats or anything again. They wanted top dollar for their hat but wanted to be cheap and glue a patch on. If you want a quality buy something else."
