"Terrible service. I sent an email for a quote no response for a whole. Called the following day to follow up on the quote spoke with Christiana she collected all my details stating she didn’t received my email and she likely has deleted the message. I stated no problem provided all the information again. After finishing, she gave a timeline of 24 hours for quote. Waited almost 48 hours for a quote and called then back, spoke with someone stating within 30 minutes I should received it that it been worked on. Waited for over 6 hours, before checking again with them. I was told they were short handed and won’t get to my quote. After 5:00pm one of them called back and left a message about sending me a quote only for him to send an email stating we couldn’t find you anything it’s best to reach out to your agent. So uncolt and unprofessional behaviors"
