"Disappointing Oil Change Experience . I recently had an oil change service for my Mercedes at this establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The manager, Craig Bean, initially failed to remove the bottom plate entirely, blaming the previous service technician. Moreover, he admitted to damaging the screw during the first service, making it clear it was their responsibility. To add to the frustration, an excessive amount of oil was filled, resulting in additional wait time for draining. Overall, the service was subpar, and I would caution others to avoid this place due to inflated charges and substandard service. Avoid them at all cost."
