"Great prices and service. Got four tires changed and the process was super smoth. Recently one of the tires burst on the road and got it changed with no hassle and an amazing service, got schedule for the next day I called and no extra charge for the mew tire since it was under warranty. Would definitely recommend to go there. Also the service guy name Jose is a very communicative and educate person that will help you through the process"
"Disappointing does not makes justice, absolutely unprofessional conduct from employees to supervisors. Nobody had an attitude of service, theyd didn't want to install my tires, end of shift? Maybe, being the only car for service it took them 30 minutes to bring it in, afterwards they damaged nut on the tires while removing the tires and said that they couldn't remove it, and it is policy not to install tires if that happens, not even if they messesed them up, because liability was the answer. Damaged done, had to wait for a supervisor to give a refund of the installation, when done, told me to pick up the tires on the back the guys saw me coming out and entered the tires to the front office and after 5 minutes waiting, I was told to enter again, there another supervisor obviously annoyed by my presence told me they have to do a separate paperwork for that sale, once done, told me to go out again for my tires that were left unattended outside by the door. Absolute disgrace of customer service. They damaged the nuts on a new care and then denied service because of the same, the tire shop guys, from beginning to end, an absolute sample of someone that doesn't care about work or doing their job , and for the supervisors you are just annoying their busy schedule. What an absolute joke of establishment."
"EXTREMELY disappointed with Sam’s Club Tire and Battery’s service! Came to the location with a leaky tire due to a nail. Hector, one of the service “professionals,” told me that the tire could not be patched and had to be replaced. With plenty of air in the tire, I chose to seek another option. He then proceeded to pull the nail out of the tire and allow the air to completely deflate before allowing me access to my car. He put the NEWLY flattened tire back on the car leaving me and my family stranded. They refused to help unless I purchased new tires. Very unprofessional and unethical. The car would have been drivable if Hector did not pull the nail out. I am not returning to this location and you should avoid at all costs!!!"
"Great price on tires and installation. Comes with road hazard coverage. 3 months after getting new tires, I got a big screw in a tire. They replaced with a new tire. Only paid $15 for the new installation. Very fast and easy."
"ISSUE ONE Future customer beware. Extremely poor experience. Came in to get a tire rotation. I assumed my tire pressure would be set to 35 psi, the reccomened tire pressure for my truck when not hauling a heavy load or towing. The store manger told me he set my tires to 55 psi and asked me to sign a paper saying I agree with that. Well of course I did not. I asked him to please set them at 35 psi. He said no sir I will not it’s a legal matter. He believes tire pressure should always be set for towing or hauling the absolute maximum load possible, which is simply wrong. Tire pressure that high under normal driving conditions results in poor tire wear and most importantly significant loss of traction which can lead to a crash. ISSUE TWO I then went outside to check the tire rotation job. Unsurprisingly, the tires were rotated incorrectly. They just switched the back and front tire location with one another. For a rear wheel drive vehicle like mine an X pattern is the common practice. Avoid this location. BYE BYE."
