"I had seen this Dentist for years. The Dentist, his staff and office are very nice. Unfortunately there were several problems installing my first implant crown properly and it kept coming loose. I foolishly had him install a second implant on another tooth later giving him a second chance to be my dentist. The implant part of this procedure is fine. But many months later when he attached the new tooth to the implant it was extremely painful for many days. After having it evaluated by another dentist I was told the new tooth he attached to my abutment was too big for the space it was placed into and had moved the rest of my teeth out of alignment on my lower teeth. Because of the type of implant he used there can be risky complications removing it. The best corrective alternative is a $5000 Invisalign system and shaving down teeth to create space in order to alleviate the crowding and stress he has placed on my front teeth and incorrect bite pattern that previously did not exist. I’m very disappointed and sad. I am now saving money to have corrections made on my teeth that should have never happened if he had checked tooth sizing before installation."

When you call a dentist office due to a toothache and you hear a compassionate voice on the line...well, that definitely helps. Abby was so nice and explained everything she was doing. She has a very soothing demeanor which helped me to feel more relaxed. Dr Hoang is great and in speaking with him it's obvious he is very experienced.
