"The staff at Duncanville Dental Care are friendly, professional, and thorough. Billing has been a bit confusing, but that’s partly because I have an HMO dental plan rather than a PPO, which would be more straightforward. The office staff have worked with me to set up payment options and find billing solutions, and I highly recommend their services. Their thorough care and willingness to go out of their way to help me care for and keep my teeth has given me more hope than prior dentists who have said little more than “keep brushing!” Thank you, Duncanville Dental Care!"

My PayFlex card has been suspended due to proper information has not been provided on the claim. You would think the dentist would want the insurance to pay...well that cannot happen until more information is provided..."

"I usually go to the Mansfield Lowes farm location, but due to the holiday my hygienist was out and I was asked to reschedule at duncanville. The hygienist at my appointment today was aggressive. I get perio maintenance cleaning and at my appointment checking my gum pockets she stabbed my gums over and over. My eyes were watering and I was squinting in pain. I have a high pain tolerance and I was in pain. It is 2 hours after my check up and my gums still feel sore. I had bleeding in my gums all over which is normally very minimal for me. The hygienist then said I was going to need deep cleaning in all 4 quadrants because my pockets were deep. Which at my normal office over the last 2 years I have been told my pockets were 1s, 2 and 3s and a few 4s and that I was on the right track of getting back to normal 6 month cleanings. My last cleaning was in August. I am a very responsible brusher and don't see how in 4 months I could have a gum pockets go from a 1 to a 6. Except for the fact that she stabbed my gums so hard that of course that means she Is going deeper and making it seem the pocket is deeper than it is. When I expressed concern that my gums were getting better and now all of a sudden they are deep and bad, she told me that I could just go back to Mansfield and have them redo all of my appointment. It felt like I was a new patient so they just wanted to get extra treatment and money out of me. The office front staff said they were short staffed and I think the hygienist wanted to tell me something was wrong that way she could skip treating me and move on to the next patient, because she said if I did the treatment I would have to come back in in an hour and a half to do it. I felt very uncomfortable at this office. If somehow in the 4 months since my last cleaning i do need this extra deep cleaning work done i will NOT be doing it here and i have already called and scheduled another appointment with Mansfield. I WILL never go back to Duncanville."

"I’m very disappointed at this please. I hadn’t had time time to leave a review but months ago they did such a bad job for my mom not only was it badly done but it was way over priced and charged twice for things that could’ve been easily avoided. Now she has to pay over 3k for the 3rd time all over again. I’m pretty sure they took advantage of her cause she doesn’t speak English so she didn’t know any better to ask for some time of guarantee for such expensive treatment. Unfortunately I work full time and haven’t been able to be there for her if not I would of gone in person myself. Now 9k down the drain all because the few teeth replacements they made didn’t last past 3 months when they had told her it should last years."
