"Incomplete work my new denist asked me what happened for my insurance they claimed it as fixed the filling fell out and I had to pay out of pocket 600 to get it replaced it was a two part procedure don incorrectly... Dr E I still think k he's and ok denist my denist now Dr. k is a great denist. In my opinion sister ands bros.... lol"

"First I’d like to start off by saying I don’t like going to the Dentist I don’t really think anyone enjoys going to the dentist. It had been a few years since I’ve gone, but my wisdom wouldn’t not quit and I knew it was time to have them extracted. So, I have really bad anxiety and I let the staff know before hand so they knew what to expect. I also have one of those really bad past horror stories. Long story short the past experience kept me from getting my wisdom teeth pulled out. So, I sat there in the in chair listening to music with my headphones on and when Doctor came in he assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me feel comfortable. So for me the shots generally wear off quickly and I warned him that I may start to feel pain during the extractions but not because anything he was doing it just doesn’t last long for me for some reason. But he kept checking in with me every step of the way and making sure I was ok. I had a few breaks in between. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and I wasn’t in any pain. Before I knew it they were both out. I even cried in relief. I had been dreading this for years and I couldn’t believe that they were finally out! The entire staff is amazing and the lady at front desk is so kind. I didn’t feel like just another patient to them and that made all the difference. Thank you for everything!!(:"

"If I could give this man and his staff more than 5 stars I would definitely give them all I can. We just moved from houston due to hurricane Harvey We lost everything except some cloth which is all we came to dallas with. He and his staff were able to accommodate my 5 kids in for visit and he also donated to us for whatever we need to get for my kids. I will forever been grateful for their help. Thank you so much. It's so hard starting all over again and he just showed me there is hope at the end of our tunnel. Stay blessed Bethel family dentistry and staff!!!
