"I was scheduled today for my first exam in a decade and my visit today was excellent. Dr. Falola was very attentive and clearly informed me of my teeth. Following, the hygienist Jocelyn was very thorough and kind. I’ve been anxious about this visit but she took care of me better than I could’ve expected along with Brandy. "It is rare for me to hear the words, 'I had a nice time at the dentist' but......"I had a nice time at the dentist y'all!" When I say the people here are nice, I am NOT exaggerating! From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed warmly and offered water and coffee. The waiting area is beautifully furnished, cozy and smelled really nice. The Service: The dental hygienist Belinda was awesome! She was so gental while using her instruments, and was in tuned to my comfort level by asking if I was ok. My teeth were cleaned pain free! Dr. Brown seems like a kind and gentle soul, very friendly. He did not have to work on my teeth this visit, but I would trust him to if need be. This office deserves the 5 star rating it has! Vicci was very helpful with insurance matters and information. I'm so glad I came here. I highly recommend!"
