"DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! The place is not properly ran, I called JE AUTO BEFORE TAKING MY CAR! The son and the father told me 4hrs and 1000 dollars I agreed and got my car towed to the location in Desoto Tx. 4 hrs later I hadn’t heard Or had not been updated I called and they stated they received a bad part and had to redo it. Ok. 3days later after they already have my money my car still was not fixed and now they are stating it’s at another location. That was never told to me, there was no communication! Finally I got my car back and it was an unbearable smell of fumes. I immediately called and spoke to JOSE which is the father and he stated it was normal. Let the oil burn off. After weeks nothing changed I then returned to JE auto and the father diagnosed my car with other problems, this seemed strange, so I got a second opinion and not only was the part incorrectly placed but it was apparently a stolen part that I paid 1000 dollars for. The owner of the place is telling that I have to wait and let him find the receipt that he received from auto zone. This is very unprofessional I receiving service from them in Aug 2023 it’s March 2024 and I’m getting the run around. Please don’t bring your car here, it will cost you more time and more money!!!!"

"I was surprised at the shops location. But I appreciated the positivesness of the owner and crew.....the young man himself was very impressive, he was very polite. Made sure to give us all the details of everything we needed to know about the job. He even offered me a discount on the services. I guess it was because I was from out of town. But I really appreciated him.....he told me that the work was going to take 2 hours, he actually did it in less than an hour and 30 minutes. It was a very good place to get the work done."

"I have been coming here for years and it’s always been a pleasure doing business with Junior. Today my vehicle overheated on the way to work and I took it to their shop and it was fixed within hours and done with my extended warranty & it was even done while the snow storm was going on. Highly recommend !"

"The is by far the WORST shop I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication and professionalism is ridiculous. My car was at this shop for over a year and I was repeatedly lied to about my car being worked on. Luckily I began keeping record of everything when I dealt with them so that I could protect myself from being taken advantage of. I DO NOT recommend JE Auto to anyone because they will take advantage of you. PLEASE read the other reviews before wasting your money. The owner has no integrity and clearly repairs are rarely done right."
