"The new staff sucks and could careless about the patients or their health! Just there for a check! They all sit around doing absolutely nothing but don’t wanna see sick patients! Will be finding a new doctor office asap!!"

"This is the most unorganized facility I’ve ever been to. I made an appointment to see the doctor when I actually got there. I sat in the waiting room for one hour. It was very very cold. When I got to the back, I waited another 15 minutes, which was OK but the Nurse Practitioner came in, because that’s who they made my appointment with when I specifically asked to see the doctor. They made me a follow up appointment for two weeks later via the phone. I got a call the day before the appointment changing it to an earlier time because they had office staff meeting regarding Making the office more professional. I never received the call so when I called to the office and spoke with a young man, he told me I had no appointment for today because they are all in a training. I tried to explain that I did have an appointment and I have my confirmation email because a young lady called me yesterday to reschedule it for earlier time because they were having Training for new management. I will never refer anyone there. He tried to set up a new appointment. I told him no thank you. They are too unprofessional for me."

"I'm a new patient, well I thought I was. But when I got to the office the lady at the front desk rudely told me they aren't accepting Walkins and that the earliest appointment they had was in march. When I told her I was a new patient she asked me if I had my insurance card and that I would not be accepted without it. I'm still confused as to why they aren't accepting walk ins when it doesn't say they aren't and I'm trying to get some medical attention but got treated like a dog on the street smh."

"Never leave a negative comment anywhere....but waiting for a correction on a referral, on an issue that can potentially be life threatening for over 3 months is ridiculous. Finding a lump on your breast area is already scary enough.... but the disregard on making a correction on a referral and simply faxing it over, is not alot to ask. Calling over and over for the last 3 months to have the referral corrected, and just listening to the "well get right on it" and nothing happening is sad."
