"Frustrating. This insurance agent created two separate renters policies for me, because apparently people do not move apartments. I was very clear on the phone with them that I needed a renters policy for a place that I moving in into in a couple of days. They were too lazy to listen to the correct address, and wrote whatever old address they had on file, and messed it up for me by creating two separate renters policies. I am sure that if phone calls are recorded, they will see their mistake. After a couple of weeks, they dropped my renters and lied about it closing in August. It was closed in November and they sent me a bill for those months. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this insurance agent. Edit: changing the rating as the agent fixed the problem."

"The agent was super sweet, left a meeting to help me right away. My husband was trying to buy a new car and had dropped his policy when he sold his car last month when we move to a new state. So I needed to add him to my account for him to be able to get the new car. And he rushes to do everything, so I had no notice. I got off work and called just before State Farm's office closed for the day, and the agent was in a meeting. She left the meeting to help me add him to my policy. She was super nice about it as well! This is why I've been with State Farm for 10 years!"
