"I took my vehicle here for a routine oil change a week before a cross-country move. During the trip, I found the splash guard of my car was not secured properly by the technicians post oil change. Not only did this cause damage to my vehicle (and I now have to get a replacement for the splash guard) it also put me in unnecessary danger. I would not recommend this place."

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any "company". We took our Jeep at the end of 2023 because the check engine light came on and the car did not drive well. Kwik Kar told us it needed a camshaft replaced...if that sounds expensive it was. After waiting 3-4 weeks for them to order the part and install it, we got the car back. After a day, the check engine light came on with "camshaft sensor" errors and the car was stuck in "limp home mode" again, so we took it back. After looking at it for another two weeks, they said they didnt know have any clue what was going on, but they ordered another camshaft...just for fun I guess. After waiting another 2 weeks, for the new part, it's now delayed another week. I have no confidence in this place to do anything. Apparently, the main reason it takes so long to do anything is there is only one "mechanic" to work on issues like this, I guess there are a dozen guys who can change oil, but only 1 who can do anything else...the manager told me there is another customer who has also been waiting on his car in for a month, so I shouldn't complain...I guess I should feel better because I am not the only one who they are doing this to??? My car has been in their shop for 2 months, I have paid them thousands or dollars to fix it and hundreds out of pocket to rent a car and at this point I have not had my car in 2 months and very little communication about it. If they ever give me my car back, I will never make the same mistake and take it to Kwik Kar again."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! SCAM!!! TRUE SHADETREE MECHANICES!!! I took my son's car in because there was a oil pressure light on and the oil was low. They first wanted to flush it and change oil- fine! then they came back and said there was a oil leak and if they fixed that the issue was be fixed. They kept the car over a week and i paid $600 for the repairs. About 3 weeks later the exact same issue occured so I took it back. They made me wait another week before looking at it and now saying that the "same" issues required different repairs that would cost $900!!! They refused to accept they misdiagnosed the issue to begin with and refused to negotiate the repairs. Apparently they have very inexperienced mechanics or uncertified mechanics making repairs....I had to get the car towed to another shop and I am still out of the $600 I paid for the repairs!!!"

"Overall a good experience there were some hiccups with the repair job due to their unfamiliarity with hybrid vehicles but they were able to resolve the issue and get it sorted out in the end. The first attempt at repair didn't go as expected and it had to be left at the shop again. Due to this I was out $20 for Uber costs to get home. Other than that hiccup, things were good and they ultimately got the repair done in the end."
