"My experience filing a claim with James Moreno was horrible! This adjuster has refused to pay for items that he came to my home and listed that would be paid. He kept putting my deceased husband on the checks as it is listed he is deceased in the file and I advised him I was a widow. He was rude to me several occasions as well as my contractor when asking for updates on payments etc. It is bad enough I had two plumbers tell me the issues was related to my first claim but he sent out a plumber that of course works for them and boom I paid two deductibles. I’ve called emailed and no response on my final payment or last repairs to my home. My contractor mentioned he was rude and denied to pay without sending me no explanations or returning a call. Do yourself a favor and find a company who cares for you during the hardest most difficult time. It breaks my heart because I was scammed out of money and treated horribly. I’ve paid all my premiums and have never filed a home claim before. We need better laws and protection for all the hard earned money we pay to be fighting for just to get our home repaired back to what is normal to save memories I shared with my husband. All I ever wanted was my home fixed and able to function which I was not and missed 2 months of work along with taking 2 months to get repairs due to Liberty Mutual."
