"Ray was very unprofessional since the start i asked a SIMPLE question about the companies name and he said “if i wanted a brand name company i shouldn’t be getting a quote from them” he was very condescending. I even stated the price wasnt bad at all it was actually the cheapest but my experience was so disgusting that i’ll rather pay alittle bit more then be insured with this broker. AMAX INSURANCE IS WAY BETTER he even went as far to say if my boyfriend can’t speak atleast a little english “ i will be taking this up with corporate. Now he is making up stuff i hope everything is on a recorded line."
