"The last time I went to get an oil change here I was ignored... I waited for 90 minutes and no one served me. Not even a hello. The mechanic assistant or whatever the young guy is was the only one that spoke to me. There were other people that came after me and they came and left. I only went there because of the convenience. It is less than a mile away from home. But I will never go there again. That is not how you treat people. The Valvoline up the street was courteous. Greeting me as soon as I arrived and quickly got my oil change done. They even let me stay in the car and verbally confirmed everything that they were doing throughout the entire process."

The technician helping me went over the most important areas and advise me of a few things that should be replaced. I never felt pressured and left feeling very good with the entire experience. The waiting room is small, uncomfortable, and dirty, and the staff act like they could care less. The vibe I got was: "What do u want??
