"Poor customer service and even worse communication. They play the typical dealership game. They’ll tell you what you want to hear, and never follow through. After our phone call I was hoping we could have fixed the dealer caused issue. All we wanted was the OEM Jack re-installed on our trailer. I recommend not having work done by their shop. They lack attention to detail and it shows through their work. * drain holes that were drilled in the floor for the flooring were never de-burred *self tapping screws are there fix for everything"
