"I went to this place for years spending good money and tips. Was done good for a while . Unfortunately my hairdresser started to make me feel unimportant as time went on. Canceling countless appointments. When comingout to my last appointment finally with her .I was actually wanting to do my hair bright purple. Once again, My appointment was switched at the last minute from a morning appointment to an afternoon appointment. I was there for hours while the hairdresser seemed very confused on my hair to the point of asking another hairdresser on what to do in front of me. This made me extremely uncomfortable with my hair . As well as stressing bluntly that she was fatigued. Unbelievably she asks me if I knew where to get Adderall…. When I arrived that day my hair was light blonde. I left with a terrible grayish lavender bluish tone that had also horrid brassy tones . I was extremely disappointed and in tears. I expressed this to the hairdresser only to have her to tell me to go to ultra and buy my own hair dye because she does have good dye for this kind of job …. This information would have useful before all the cancellations and money and time wasted. ."

"This salon is horrible! I came in for a simple bob cut and full highlights in two colors. I ended up with one color , her excuse was completely lame and instead of having a plan b she got an attitude and was very rude. I got home and my family noticed my hair was crooked and uneven all over, she barley cut my hair and did a terrible job. This place used to be good now it’s just like Supercuts. You will hate your hair after you leave here, these people have very little experience and charge you a fortune and they do trick cuts, only on the surface so you think they did a full cut, it’s a dirty little salon secret."
