"Beware !!! I checked in when I arrived I waited 1 hr and 15 minutes. They messed with their system and showed me on deck 3 times. then they changed it and took customers who checked in online but after me. the person at the counter just smugly said "they checked in online" after I questioned her. This person was so rude and condescending ! I have bad hair cuts there and still came back. I will never return when someone is so disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and go to the sports clips in North Richland hills. they are super courteous!"

"Had a wonderful experience here. Don’t remember the name of my stylist but she was did a wonderful job and was very patient with my haircut, took her time to detail everything. Highly recommend this place."

"Well.. I asked for a specific length for a fade and they went shorter than want I wanted. Gave an extra star for trying to fix it but you can’t fix a shorter length. As soon as saw the 0 hit my hair instead of a 1, I knew the cut was messed up. Please listen to directions. I don’t like micro managing my cut. Will not be coming here again."

"Unfortunately, the company and conversation was better than the hair cut. Not for lack of the stylist asking questions or trying, she just didn't know how to cut a pompadour. But, other than that I don't have any complaints. I certainly won't pay $25 for a hair cut here again, though."
