She made me feel so comfortable and took the time to ask me questions so she could fully understand my needs. She was very personable with me and when I told her how nervous and anxious I was, she put a hand on my shoulder and said “it’s okay, I’m not nervous” and smiled and that meant so much to me. I mentioned my scalp issues to her, that in the past, hairstylists would just say “oh okay” and work around it but when I mentioned my sebhorric dermatitis to her she became the hair doctor! She knew exactly what would help me and offered me a really nice scalp treatment that felt amazing. I’ve tried everything for my scalp and nothing has worked before so I said “why not” and I’m so glad I did, my scalp hasn’t looked or felt better in YEARS. I will def be coming regularly for my scalp treatments with her. I also mentioned thin spots because of my scalp and she also had something for THAT! She is a hair guru and she’s so passionate about educating and helping others. On top of ALL this, my haircut is SO cute! She is worth every penny and then some."
