She sits with you to talk about how you want the cut, gives suggestions on what will look better for your look and explains why etc. The communication is there ! "An amazing experience from the first walk in! I decided to go to this Salon while shopping due to my father suggesting it. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I was then told there was no wait and went straight to getting my hair cut. It also included a shampoo. The stylist was very delicate with my hair and worked meticulously on styling it perfectly. When finished they thanked me for the business and I thanked them for the service. I have never had such an impressionable haircut experience anywhere else.
