"Manager or closing shift manager was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. More worried about having the security guard yell closing in 10 minutes. I know they close at 7 why I rushed down here to buy some shoes for work. I received no help regarding my shoes, no insight in where to look and no communication whatsoever. I bought them here today because I needed some shoes but I won’t be back"

"This is the most wonderful branch I’ve been in. I exhausted beeing onbother branches and talking to staff and they don’t understand. I think being Smart & being energetic at the same time, is a talent! And I found it in this branch’s staff. I do really appreciate Serlinda ,the ASM working at the time I got there. You guys may think this was a another customer, came and gone, but the fact is that the memory you making for a customer will lead for future shopping and introducing you to other people aswell. I’m so happy that I found this lovely people. Not only helping me to have a good shopping experience, but also the products in stock are different and cool. "Good prices but they didn't have my size in the shoes I was interested in. They needed the shelfs re stocked for all sizes. If you wear a size 11 to 12, this is a place for you. If 7 to 9 1/2 ,,, good luck."
"Nice big store with large selection. Prices aren't that great. Most men's cross-trainers were $79.99 when I visited on October 26th 2022. A couple of clearance items were marked at $59.99. Since this is an outlet, obviously the selection of available sizes is limited. You can get the same pricing and more selection by searching online."
