Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, going to the back several times just to find my size. "Horrible customer service! Noah, the manager, is sarcastic and has no clue about customer service. I have made a lot of purchases at J&M over the years but no longer intend to. J&M lost a customer because Noah wanted to squabble over a broken tube of shoe polish. He would not replace a tube of polish I previously purchased that had split apart at the seam. For a $9(at retail) tube of shoe polish Noah and J&M lost a customer! Plus, he gets negative publicity and a 1 star review rating. Classic textbook case!"
