"The glory days are long gone. Consumers and employees are the losers in the long run. Inventory and selections even in this up-market mall are abysmal. It is a downward spiral towards online shopping and Macy's lacks the management expertise to invest in "systems" to bring customers back."

"Three story Macy’s store located within the mall. First floor is women’s shoes, handbags, clothes, makeup, and perfume/cologne. Second floor is kid’s selection and Toys R Us section. The second floor also has Macy’s backstage with items at a discounted price. The third floor is furniture and home items. The store is beautifully designed with escalators to take you to the different floors. Best way to save is downloading the Macy’s app and creating a free account. That way you can receive points on your purchases and see all the sales."

"We went to this store yesterday to some clothes . They had the black friday sale going on already a week prior .They had good collection and selection for clothes. My wife wanted to buy some shoes as well , they had good offer for that too. We go here often and they usually are not crowded and they have ample of parking also."
