"Had no problem with the staff but asked multiple times for no mail to be sent to the house regarding my girlfriends case and they sent a very obvious letter in the mail that has no business being sent. When a customer asks not to be mailed anything maybe you guys should respect that instead of sending “expecting mother” coupons. Absolutely ridiculous that we couldn’t have the privacy we asked for and absolutely annoyed with this. Maybe you should think more clearly and actually take into consideration what the customer wants before you start sending mail when discretion is what was asked for."
"They're very difficult to deal with, they do not work with ANY urgent care places in the city and told me I had to take my kid to the emergency room or his doctor. They deny my kiddos medicine all the time and requests for speech services as well. You can only reach someone m-f 8-5pm. The only positive is that it is a live person not a recording. Will be switching providers though."
