I do not file claims often, and I thought I would have to wait forever to have it settled, but this was not the case, thanks to Ana's expertise and proficiency. "It is not possible to give ZERO stars, and that is what Ana Valencia's agency deserves. I had our home and cars insurances with Allstate for many years, with Raul Mondragon. Since he retired, Ana took over. This is when we started seeing the prices increase and no communication at all from them. We contacted them several times because after each renewal, we would get charged, more an more each time, but we would never receive an explanation of what we have in our insurance. Then my mortgage company would send me letters because they would not receive the updated documents from Allstate. Even after we signed the new policy (for the next year) and the payment went through, the insurance was never active, so we were without insurance for 2 months!! Every time we talked to someone over the phone they would say that they will reach out to us after making the necessary actions or changes and they never did. After a few days, we would call them back just to know that no one had done anything, like updating our policies, apply discounts, send the document to the mortgage company... So I ended up canceling our policy and moving to another agency. When I cancelled, one girl told me to hold on the line while she transferred me to another person, and she hung up on me! I called again and another girl hung up on me again! Now, we had to contact them again because I still need documents from them and they will hung up on me every time me or my husband call. TERRIBLE service. Use Allstate, it is a good company, but STAY AWAY from Ana Valencia and the girls that work there, who like to hung up the phone on customers and do not work at all!!"
