"I am tired of feeling like the reason my rates keep go up, is due to Mr Arrieta sponsoring so many big events around El Paso. Am I paying so much for you to get your name out there? Why was I able to get so much more coverage from State Farm, for less than half of what you keep charging? The only answer I get is(well everything is going up so we have to raise our prices too). If you like consistent surprise rate increases and not finding out until its been taken from your bank account, this is the company for you. And get ready for a headache when you do finally leave them. Completely disappointed."

She worked extremely hard to get me the best possibly outcome she could whether is was with phone calls or emails to the adjuster or body shop.
