"I brought my mom and dam girl who does she think she is talking that way to her. She asked her a question and of course my mom is not going to yell across the room that’s just lack of respect then this chick grabs an incoming call without excusing herself with my mom so my mom thinks she is talking to her and answers and she tells her very rude at that I am not talking to you I’m on the phone then my mom turns around and tells me she didn’t tell her that she was on the phone and the b says I didn’t call you over here. The nerve. To my knowledge this b is over stepping several customer or patient rights. Like there is other clients I don’t think it’s right for my mom to yell across the room her information then this b didn’t even say sorry. I didn’t get her name but she sits by the wall not the one in the front counter but the one that sits by the wall I believe her name was Norma. I believe by her treatment it looks bad on the office."
