"I went for a consultation and was included an x rays, but they promised to send it a copy by email but nothing. I called several times and the attendant hangs the phone. Dissapointed with the service and environment."

"I came here 4 years ago and I was treated well.I came today and I had the worst experience of my life! I was treated nice by the receptionist and I thought everything was going to be ok...how wrong I was! An arrogant female dental assistant came and was not nice at all! All this happened around 1120am today... She told me how nasty my teeth look,that I had parasites in my denture,then made me feel not welcome!! Told me my tooth could not be glued to my denture and that I needed $200 for a crown. I was already upset and decided not to do it. You don't treat people like "trash",loser or that you doing "charity" work on people! I had the money but the way she treated me was unnacceptable! This Colombian assistant is a hdp ! She treated me with no respect that's why I'm posting this complaint I don't have to be mistreated by nobody..and much less by this colombiana de m.....! I will never come here ever!"
