"Usually pretty good for regular tires and wheels but they did scratch my new Rivian powder coated wheels on accident. If you have delicate wheels I would suggest finding a company who is a little more careful."

"Chivalry is not dead! I called the store just before closing time and left a message for the manager because the staff couldn’t help me with my dilemma even though they tried. Justin, the manager called me back after closing to help me with the dilemma on how to get my flat tire off since I was unable to drive it to the actual discount tire store. Justin came out to my home on a Sunday morning! Justin got the tire off speedy quick and loaded it up in his vehicle. Today I came to the Kyle location and the new tire was ready! No waiting, No stress! I would 100% recommend Discount tires to anyone! We are a family of 3 vehicles and we are Discount tire customers for life! Thank you Justin & Staff!"

"Had a lovely experience at Discount Tire this morning. Last night, I got a flat on my way home from work. There was plenty of appointments available on the Discount Tire website so I was able to go first thing this morning. Check in was quick and easy with Ernest. I knew I also needed all new tires, but I did not feel pressured or “sold to” by him, which I especially appreciate as a young woman. I did some googling and I paid a very fair price for the tires and install, and I even got their warranty which my father swears by. I then waited less than an hour for all new tires to be installed, and the waiting room was not loud or crowded. I was out of there in time to make my first meeting at work. All in all, quite painless!"
