"I had a very lengthy complaint about the service I received today. However, I decided I’d talk about the positives on my visit. I was greeted when I walked in... I sure miss joking around with the normal employees. The advice I’d like to give the young lady that was so eager to sweep... please allow customers to make their coffee without standing directly behind them holding your broom in their personal space. I felt rushed and I have never used this dispenser. I would’ve offered help or even made a suggestion. Most importantly, closing the sale (even if you are just an order taker) is very important. It’s all in the way you say things... double negatives aren’t nice. One should Never say, “well, we ain’t got none.”"

"Even though I live 20 minutes away from the store, I love stopping in here because they have great prices on gas. The lowest around Cedar Park except for Walmart. There is also two gentlemen that work in the daytime one older gentleman and one younger gentleman named Richard, and they are so helpful and so sweet. It's a very important to have friendly service and a fast convenience situation like pulling into Valero, you really see somebody's character. And their personnel is good."
