"I live extremely far away from this dentist, but I will make the drive. The staff is friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for about 7 years now along with my children. Sad Dr. Rodriguez is no longer at the Beechnut location as often but I was so happy to hear their practice is expanding."

"Horrible experience. I haven't been here in years due to my preferred dentist leaving this location and I now I know why. I called this location to set up an appointment for my fiance as I highly recommended this place to him as he was in search of a new dentist. We are also very close to this dentistry so it's convenient for us. I called to ask if they took his specific insurance and the lady over the phone took down my info and his info and said nothing else but to come in on Saturday and have them make a copy of his insurance card and ID. Well the day of the appointment, we show up there only to be told that his insurance is not accepted and they never gave me a call to tell me this ahead of time. The lady at the counter was VERY RUDE and very stubborn, saying that someone else in the office supposedly called me and confirmed with us that our insurance wasn't accepted here which was NOT the case. I NEVER received any phone call or voicemail AT ALL yet this lady was going to sit behind the counter and basically tell me that what I was saying was a lie. Umm I think I'm pretty aware of who calls and leaves voicemails to my phone, honey. I'm not going to ignore a call from the dentist when my fiance URGENTLY needs to see one asap. Horrible, rude service. NEVER coming back here again. Staff needs to get it together and learn how to take responsibility when they fail to contact a customer instead of dilibertly lying to cover the fact that they either forgot or simply didn't bother contacting me. Smh."
