"This company has horrible customer service. I had an issue with my iscan II where a free firmware update wiped out my BMW programming software. They could not resolve the issue and were trying to get me to update the unit instead of fixing the issue. I was waiting for a resolution on my old unit before I purchased the new iscan 3, but they were trying to get me to upgrade instead of just taking care of the customer. I purchased it solely for the BMW programming functions and I dont have it anymore. Autologic has the best customer service and they will continue to get my business. Buyer beware."

I was blown away at how responsive the customer service rep, Rebecca, was willing to help me troubleshoot some of the issues that I was having with the tools. Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable about their products and went well out of her way to make sure that I had all of the resources that I needed. "This company is a ripoff. They just take your money and completely mess up your scan tool so you can do anything with it. And they don’t even upgrade the software so when you try and use the tool it does less than what it did before. Look somewhere else unless you want them to take your money."
