"I came in at 5:45 pm the shop was closing at 6... was greeted with a smile. They were so courteous and efficient. They changed my oil. topped off coolant, vacuumed floor, checked all fluids as well as filters. It is why I'll continue to have my oil changed here at Jiffy Lube on Uvalde."

Acting like I knew what I was talking about, I inadvertently said, “Yes, I got my last oil change at Tire-stone.” Totally oblivious to what I’d just stated, Ronnie (I think that’s his name) the manager said, “You mean Firestone?” I laughed so hard. That was 4 days ago and I’m still tickled. I got an oil change and a state inspection. They worked on my vehicle in a timely manner, vacuumed it out and sent me on my way. I was so impressed with their service that I told my entire family to go there for better than decent service. Thank you Team Jiffy Lube for more than I expected and better than I could’ve asked. "No one moves with a sense of urgency. After oil and cabin filter change had to return due to issue with cabin filter installation. No one even listened, just set and waited for cars ahead, although there were 2 or 3 people walking around. Not good customer service. Once my car was in Raven was outstanding. He does have good customer service abilities."
