TESLA Service Center Westchase

"Service center is a joke. Second time I’ve used this service center. Both times have been met with neglect, lack of communication and organization. I’ve been back twice to give them a second chance just in case the first bad experience was a fluke. It wasn’t a fluke. This location is closest to where I live but I’ll drive further in the future just to avoid the service center."

"This is only for this service center. Asking for help is like asking some dumb robot for help. Don’t give you any alternatives, help and basically tell you to pound sand while you are there. Eventually I got help from the Richmond Center. I would like to thank Victor at this service center for showing me how utterly useless some people can be. An extra star for super chargers."

"As has been every experience I have had with Tesla, this service center gets you in and out quickly. The app and process leading up to and including drop off facilitates the heck out of that. The staff there were super helpful and answered a few questions I had. They were also very prompt to let me know what was going on and properly set my expectations on repair date and pickup. Kudos guys!"

"I came for a windshield repair and they did a great job. Aside from the windshield being fixed in a timely manner, they offer you a $100 uber voucher if you are not able to get someone to drive you to and/or from the service center. The workers there are nice and tell you everything you need to know. It’s also cool seeing all the Tesla’s in one place!"

"Came here for a quick service. From making an appointment to getting checked in, getting the service was super smooth. Cute little sitting area with coffee and tea is a nice touch too. Wifi password is on the table near the coffee station. Unisex bathroom with changing station is available too. Overall, I'm impressed."
