"I called this place by mistake trying to get ahold of my normal pediatric center. They need to get some new nurses who don't hate their lives to answer the phone. Response to owner: I'm leaving my review of the phone call I had with your nurse who was extremely rude to me. Maybe hire someone who doesn't have a bad attitude with complete strangers? Not defamation I had a real call at 1:31pm Janurary 30, 2024. Thanks."

"I should have made this review a long time ago. My son went to this clinic from birth to his first birthday. I moved because I didn’t appreciate the fact that this clinic switched his doctor without my consent. Once I moved him to a different doctors office, his new doctor stated that he is missing shots. I asked this office to fax over his shot records to his new pediatrician and they never did. The fact that this office failed to upload his shot records into the system caused his new doctor to assume he was missing shots. I have tried calling them back to get this resolved and nobody will answer. The line just stays silent. This office is a joke. I don’t understand how they are highly rated. Honestly I wish I could give this office a 0 star rating. The fact that you can’t trust them to keep up with your child’s shot records is ridiculous. Who knows how many other parents have had this issue also."
